Shipping

Ordering Process

–           Upon completing your order there are two processes. The Processing Days and Shipping Days.

Processing Days- It refers to process your order or to make your order. Some of our products are made to order and to be made after the payment has been successful. It usually takes 5-7 working days (might took long some of the Holidays). It is the time also that we set your order to pack and to be safe as is.

Shipping Days- After the Product has been processed, it is time now to ship your order. Shipping days will take 12-20 working days to complete. So we allot this time frame since in it is in different areas.

Note: It is only in a time frame. Most of the time, Processing together with Shipping Days may be completed in the range of 12-20 working days and of course, we are giving the best services we can do for you.

Shipping Days

Our products can be shipped only within South Africa,  (Soon will be open in other countries). The delivery time will depend on your location. Most products are delivered within 12-20 working days after the processing days but sometimes it will take longer due to customs regulations of your country and holidays in the different area. You will be able to track where your item is using our tracking system. Some holidays that has long non-working holiday will affect also your orders. We have partners from different countries so holidays might come in some areas and days. We will give the best for you.

How to Track Order?

When your item has already been shipped, you will received an email notification about your order with your tracking information and how to track it.

Over Specified Time for Delivery

Rest assured that your item is on its way. However, in some cases, we recommend to check with your postal service in case you haven’t been notified and if you are not able to collect your item then please to us at sales@lizsshop.com

How do I change or Cancel my order?

Cancellation of Order

If you are not yet sure about your order or you order it as a mistake. You can cancel your order immediately. We will give cancellation for 1-2 working days after the payment. So make sure that you order a correct one and make it clear after you place your order.

We accept our payment thru PayPal which accept also major credit cards and debit cards. (VISA/Mastercard)

Please note, your chosen method of payment will be immediately debited after your order has been processed.

Refund/ Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Take note that our sale price and free items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
